  • The Jaguar E-Type was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show on 15 March 1961 as a descendant of the successful Jaguar D-Type racing car by the English automaker Jaguar. It was available as a two- and 2+2-seater coupé and as a two-seater roadster.

    Nothing wrong with a 2+2 ( i own one ) if your over 6ft you will struggle with a two seater even worse with a roadster with the roof up, 2+2 has more head room and more space in the back , although not as pretty as a coupe its far more practical and user friendly.

    The COUPE is worth it. The 2+2 is impractical. Get a XJ6 series 1 or 2 and install a getrag 5speed in it and you have something better.

      it seems more practical, has better headroom and space
